Our Berlín Bourbon comes from a single farm in the volcanic highlands of Usulután — a small lot, not a commodity blend. That distinction matters. When you know exactly where a coffee comes from, you can roast to what the bean actually is rather than averaging it out. Grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, naturally processed in open air, the sweetness here is structural. It was built into the cherry long before it reached a roaster.
