Shipping policy

We ship single-origin coffee roasted at origin in El Salvador, direct to your door across the continental United States.

 

Processing & Fulfillment

Every bag of Coffee Lava is roasted at origin — on the farm in Berlín, El Salvador — before it ever ships. Standard orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of receipt. Presale orders are held until the presale window closes, then shipped as a single fulfillment run. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

 

Presale Shipping Notice

If you placed a presale order, your bags will ship after the presale closes. We will notify you via email with an estimated ship date before the presale window ends. Thank you for your patience — we believe the coffee is worth the wait.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We do not mark up shipping — you pay carrier cost, nothing more.

 

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time we ship within the continental United States only. We are working to expand to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations. If you are outside our current shipping zone, sign up for our waitlist and we will notify you when we can ship to you.

 

Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, standard delivery is 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS. These are carrier estimates and not guaranteed. Coffee Lava is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

 

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, wait 24 hours — carrier scans sometimes precede physical delivery. If the package does not arrive, contact us at hello@coffeelava.net within 7 days of the delivery date and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
